Eatonville, WA Real Estate
Pierce County has one of the most robust and in-demand housing markets in Washington. The strong demand for housing is partially caused the in-migration of workers to Seattle – a hub for tech companies and startups – and the surrounding areas.
According to Redfin, Eatonville is a very competitive market, with many homes getting multiple offers. The most desirable properties sell for slightly above asking price, which means that buyers are willing to pay a premium to live in this corner of Pierce County.
The housing market consists primarily of single-family homes on sprawling lots. Common architectural styles include Victorian, Ranch, Bungalow, and Tudor, just to name a few.
Vacant residential lots are also available.
